Senior Consultant - Microsoft Data & AIMay 2021 - Present

  • Developed Slalom's 1st Microsoft Fabric solution for managing the fleet of a major company in the recyling industry. The new solution ran upto 72% faster than the existing one.
  • Led a team of 5 data engineers and analysts in a data analytics platform migration from Domo to Power BI at a major supply chain management company. Met migration requirements within 2 months.
  • Architected and developed an end to end Power Platform solution for a major pharma company that allowed management of patient support staff, within a period of 6 months, allowing roster management of >2000 employees.
  • Built data infrastructure, dashboards & reports in Power BI for a major pharma company. Created new datasets for standardized self-service use and demonstrated state of the art possibilities in reporting.

Global Competency Manager - OneSubseaMay 2019 - Jul 2020

  • Defined, developed, and deployed an end to end competency management system for the OneSubsea product line – catering to a population of more than 500 field service employees and 40 managers.
  • Created the solution in an eco-system of PowerApps based front-end, PowerBI based reporting and Sharepoint serving as a relational database in the back-end.
    • 3500 submissons from 210 employees within 6 months of using the app
    • 217 employees viewed their own profile using the PowerBI dashboard with 1200 views amongst them
  • First tool in in history of OneSubsea, that provided global visibility of competency profiles for each field service employee on a business relevant structure.
  • Conducted workshops and Lead onboarding of various groups within OneSubsea onto the global framework including Brasil and Norway
  • This resulted in an impact of almost 200 Field Service Employees coming onto a global competency platform for the first time ever, and the organization getting a global visibility on the competency of the field service organization.
  • It was imperative to have the employees onboard the program to enable a clear path to progression in these product lines, as some of them enjoy a very large market share, and having a structured competency management process was imperative for business continuity

  • Lead deployment of SAP S/4 Hana, the largest simultaneous deployment of SAP in the history of SAP, for the OneSubsea product line within Schlumberger.

Senior Mechanical Engineer - New Product Development)May 2018 – Sept 2018

  • Lead design engineer on next generation valve system, with debris tolerance and extreme pressure ratings.
  • This was a short assignment with a clear task cut-out, diagnose problems with an initial prototype of the valve, and get it qualified for operations by putting it through the stringent API 17G standards.
  • Re-designed the guts of the valve based on actual test results and iterated over multiple FEAs, as well as Rigid Body Dynamic analysis in Ansys.
  • New design led to subsequent successful qualification of the valve, which was a critical piece of the overall next generation valve system being delivered to clients.

Segment Technical Engineer – Operations SystemsMay 2017 - Apr 2018

  • Created and Deployed the Operations System consisting of Standard Work, Activity Workflow, Assessment Questions and Checklists for a definitive guide on running operations offshore efficiently and without failure.
  • Developed in Unity and demonstrated Standard Work prototype on Augmented Reality (Microsoft Hololens) to display capability of moving beyond tablet computers, for Standard Work execution in offshore environments (one of the first ones to develop this capability within Schlumberger).
  • Authored 118 pieces of original content, which now serves as the backbone of standard operating procedures, for a large share of subsea operations.
  • Managed the entire project, from authoring content to getting feedback, and subsequently publishing it, and deploying it with field locations globally to enable adoption.

  • Defined product requirements, identified initial concepts, created the theoretical measurement model and validated results generated via Simulink for a next generation subsea instrumentation module.
